Choose a bundle of 10 or 14 delicious meals, each vacuum sealed and frozen for freshness. Every meal is clearly labeled with nutritional information, slow cooker instructions, ingredients, and serving suggestions. Just add a simple side dish.

Please select whether you require lactose-free, gluten-friendly, or both. We’ll prepare your meals using suitable alternatives.
If you have other allergies such as nuts or dairy, select “Other” under dietary restrictions and leave a note at checkout.
Protein Requests and Meal Swaps:
Prefer only chicken or beef? Let us know in advance, as pricing may vary.
You can also swap up to six meals with options from our alternative list. The protein must remain the same, such as swapping chicken for chicken. Please include your swap requests in the delivery instructions at checkout.
Please note: while we do our best to fulfill all requests, meals may be substituted without notice due to ingredient availability.
Fresh vegetables and side dishes are not included.
Delivery and Pickup Options:
If you live outside our delivery area, please provide a convenient drop-off location such as a friend’s house or workplace.
You can also pick up your order at our Lloydminster location.
For delivery, make sure a cooler is placed outside or someone is home to accept your order. We are not responsible for thawed meals if no cooler is provided. Cooler bags cannot be left behind.
Delivery dates may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Kitchen and Safety Information:
Meals are prepared in a health-inspected commercial kitchen that is not gluten- or nut-free.
Order Policy:
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We are happy to move your order to a different delivery date with advance notice.
