Youâll receive six fully prepared meals, vacuum-sealed and frozen for freshness.
Each meal is clearly labeled with:
All you have to do is prepare a simple side dish and dinner is done!
Dietary Options
Please select whether you require lactose-free, gluten-friendly, or both options when ordering.
Weâll prepare your meals with proper alternatives.
If you have another allergy (nut, dairy, etc.), choose âOtherâ under dietary restrictions and leave us a note.
If youâd like only chicken or only beef meals, please reach out before ordering as there is a price difference.
You can swap meals from the list above, just be sure the protein type remains the same.

Delivery Details
If you live outside our standard delivery area, please list a convenient drop-off location (friendâs house, workplace, etc.).
Please leave a cooler out or ensure someone is home during delivery.
We canât leave our cooler bags behind, and weâre not responsible for thawed meals if a cooler isnât left out.
Delivery dates may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Fresh vegetables and sides are not included.
Meals are prepared in a health-inspected commercial kitchen that is not nut- or gluten-free.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, but weâre happy to move your order to an alternate delivery date with advance notice.
