You will receive all ten meals, vacuum sealed and frozen. They are labeled with nutritional information, slow cooker instructions, ingredients, and serving suggestions. All you have to do is prepare an easy side dish!
Please choose whether you require lactose free, gluten friendly, or both! Meals will be prepared with proper alternatives. If you have another allergy (nut, dairy, etc.), please choose “other” under dietary restrictions drop down, and leave us a note. Please make arrangements with us ahead of time if you are hoping for only chicken/beef meals as there is a difference in cost. We are now offering a bit of a choice with your meals you have the opportunity to swap out up to five meals with the alternatives listed above. The protein must be the same as the meal you are swapping out. Please make a note in the delivery instructions when ordering

If you live outside of the delivery area, please list a drop off location that is convenient for you (friends house, workplace, etc.)
Please have a cooler out or arrange to have someone home during delivery time. We are not responsible for thawed meals if a cooler is not left out. We can not leave our cooler bags. Thank you!
